User Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information, including the correct VIN and email address. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect details.
Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive order updates and service-related messages. Promotional messages are sent only if you opt in.
You may unsubscribe at any time (SMS: reply STOP).
Payments & Security
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. TruevinAU does not store card details.
Refund Policy
All reports are digital products and non-refundable, except where:
Payment was made but the report was not delivered, or
A technical issue on our side prevented delivery.
